A BIG CONGRATULATIONS to Karin & Dave who were the first Barefoot Travellers to tie the knot....underwater! Yes, earlier this year they flew off to Bonaire for about the 5th time (everyone always goes back remember!) full of excitment on their annual trip but this time with a difference. This time they got married rather spectacularly underwater on the Buddy house reef. Even the local tarpon came along for a butchers....You can see their video on our Facebook page, it's great!
We have had a few other Barefoot Travellers getting married in 2009. Sarah has also helped Stella & Luc get married and spend their honeymon in Belize and Andy & Lydia spend their honeymoon in the Bahamas. So it seems that it's all the B's this year...perhaps next year we can get you married in Curacao, Cuba or Christmas Island?!
